FinDaS AI
Privacy
What this site collects about you, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.
This notice covers visitors to findas.ai. Data a client shares for paid work is covered by the data-handling statement.
Who runs this site
FinDaS AI, at findas.ai, is a brand of FinDaS Ltd, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (UIC 206266006).
Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare hosts this site and counts visits to its pages with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores no identifier on your device. The site also counts visits with Google Analytics, run through Cloudflare's Zaraz service, and only if you accept.
On your first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks. If you accept, Google Analytics counts your visit: the pages you view, where you came from, and clicks through to the booking page. If you reject, it does not run.
Zaraz sends the visit data to Google from Cloudflare's servers, not from your browser. Google Analytics runs under Google's own privacy policy.
The site sets these cookies, all on findas.ai:
cf_zaraz_client: set by Zaraz on your first visit, before you choose. It holds no value. Kept for 12 months.zaraz-consent: your choice, so the bar does not ask again. Kept for 12 months.cfz_google-analytics_v4: set only after you accept. It holds an identifier for your browser. Kept for 12 months.cfzs_google-analytics_v4: set only after you accept. It counts the pages of one visit and ends when you close your browser.
To change your choice, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. You can also delete these cookies in your browser.
The site has no form.
Booking a call
"Book a free call" opens a Google Calendar booking page. It asks for your name and email, and optionally what would help prepare the call and how you found FinDaS.
Booking puts the call, with those details, in FinDaS's calendar and adds a Google Meet link. FinDaS uses them to hold the call and, if it leads to work, to prepare a proposal.
The booking page and Google Meet are Google's and run under Google's own privacy policy. Some of the processing this notice describes takes place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
How long it is kept
FinDaS keeps a booking and what came with it for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless it leads to paid work or you ask for it to be deleted sooner.
A copy, a correction or deletion
Write to tokenomics@findas.org to ask for a copy of what FinDaS holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. There is no charge.
FinDaS replies within one month. A complex request can take up to two months more, and you hear within the first month if it will.
