Eight years of customer analytics in retail banking and consumer finance, the last of them as director of CRM analytics at a consumer-finance company, where he grew two analyst teams from 3 to 15. He built propensity, churn and next-best-offer models and set up reporting functions from scratch. The AI agents are his third team.
